CONSENT FORM

Terms and Conditions:

1. Non-Transferability: This consent is non-transferable and solely applies to the above-mentioned consultancy. The consultancy is not permitted to transfer or share my photo or scholarship details with any third-party without obtaining further explicit consent from me.
2. Duration: This consent is valid indefinitely, unless otherwise specified in writing. However, I retain the right to revoke this consent at any time by providing written notice to the consultancy.
3. Alterations: I understand that the consultancy may crop, edit, or otherwise modify my photo as deemed necessary for the intended purposes. However, such modifications will not distort the original intent or portrayal of the image.
4. No Compensation: I acknowledge that I will not receive any compensation, monetary or otherwise, for the use of my photo or scholarship details by the consultancy.
